We’ve got a fantastic new beer out today at Small Batch. This one is going on the shelves as we speak and will be available at Marrickville as well tomorrow!

The Tropical Sour Ale is packed full of passion fruit, coconut and a hint of vanilla giving a beautiful balance of tart and sweet with a creaminess that wraps it all together. You’d be easily mistaken thinking you’d pulled this from a servo’s ice cream freezer on a hot summers day.

West Coast IPA is always an enjoyable drop to bring home for the weekend, but being able to take these back and enjoy them in the field where the organic schooner barley was grown and malted really made the, something special to behold.

We will be popping up some more photos of our trip to the Riverina soon, stay tuned to see more of where our grain comes from and learn a bit about all the legendary people it takes to make the beers you love!

After the drive out to Voyager Craft Malt in Griffith we got to catching up with Stu and checking out their new set up!

It’s looking amazing out here and the Whitton Malt House is an incredible set up helping to showcase the produce of the region and the ways in which it gets used. One of which is to make a whole lot of incredible beer!
