Malt: Glad field American Ale, Golden Promise, Imperial, Medium Crystal, Flaked Oats, Carafe Special III
Hops: Minstrel & Challenger
Yeast: London Ale III
Cor, blimey, this one's a right proper mongrel! This ESB, it's not 'alf bad, I say. It's got a proper full body it has, thanks to some caramel and toffee English malts that are fermented wiv some proper English yeast. Sweet and malty and well plucker. And then they go and frow in some of Britain's finest hops, don't they? A little bit of Challenger for a refreshing, spicy, rounded bitterness if you don't mind; and a big old whack of aromatic Minstrel, which pushes out spiced berries and orange citrus and the like. Bottle conditioned, me old china, so it stays fresh and carbonates all natural-like for a nice thick head - bit like you, mate! I'm not usually one for dogs, but this boy's bite lives up to his bark. Well fit!
