Malt: Gladfield Pislner, Flaked Oats, Gladfield Gladiator, Sour Malt
Hops: Citra, Azacca and Ekuanot

A clean and tasty classic pilsner base, with a hefty dose of flaked oats and Gladiator (carapils) gives the beer a pillowy mouthfeel, soft body and a straw hazy colour. Saison yeast is allowed to ferment cooler for a clean flavour. When the yeast has nearly completed the ferment, a sizable dry hop is added and the active yeast begins to work on transforming the bold characters of the new world hops into a juicy, fruit cocktail displaying characters of peach, melon and citrus.
